We provide a “helping hand” service when you do not have the staff with expertise to be able to configure technology or you are stuck with an issue that is either not documented well or proves to be a manufacturing undocumented feature. Our staff have a wealth of knowledge on varying technologies that will assist you in your endeavours within the confines of the information you provide.
You can purchase time slots for our expertise or we can provide you an estimate of costs to give you an idea of what it might be to rectify the issue or task at hand.
We use remote connectivity programs like remote pc, anydesk or teamviewer or can even use the likes of 3cx to provide the “helping hand”.
